How to Make the Holidays Bright.

Yes, 2020 has been difficult in many ways, but I still have so much for which to be thankful and I hope the same is true for you. In the spirit of the season, I challenge you to do each of these daily. Most take almost no time and I guarantee you'll feel better. If you're lucky, some may even become new habits.

Laugh

Move a little

Show patience

Smile at a stranger

Indulge yourself a little

Take a breath and relax for a bit

Give to someone with less than you

Say ‘I love you’ to yourself & someone else

Pay it forward ~ whatever that means to you

Say ‘thank you’ to yourself and someone else

Give undivided attention to yourself and someone else

Acknowledge yourself and someone else for those little wins

Enjoy the spirit of the season ~ partake in those seasonal pleasures

Reach out to someone you miss ~ text, email, zoom, call, hand-write a letter
